Nuka Cafe began as a dream my husband and I shared back in our university days—a vision of a cozy, welcoming cafe where people could gather, relax, and feel at home. In 2019, we brought that dream to life, and named it “Nuka,” inspired by the first two letters of our names, Nurdan and Kagan. It’s a name that holds a special meaning for us, and our customers often ask about it, which makes us smile.
Despite the challenges of COVID, we remained resilient, adapting and staying open to continue serving our community. Every day, we still feel the same excitement and joy as we did on our very first day. As a female owner, I place a special emphasis on creating an environment that’s both clean and filled with warmth and smiles.
At Nuka Cafe, we aim to make every guest feel like family, offering a cozy and inviting space where everyone is welcome. We’re grateful to share this journey with our wonderful customers and look forward to creating many more memories together!
